05/09/24 – Men’s Pennants Finals Representatives.
The representatives for the Men’s Pennants Semi Finals and Finals have been posted.

04/09/24 – Mixed Fours Club Championship.
The entry nomination sheet for the Mixed Fours Club Championship is now available and on the notice board. Closing date for entry nominations is Friday 4th October at 4:30PM.
The first round will take place on Saturday 12th October at 9:00AM. The dates for the subsequent rounds will be Saturday 19th and 26th October at 9:00AM. The final will be played on Saturday 2nd November at 1:00PM.
03/09/24 – Ladies Consistency Championship.
The second round of the Ladies Consistency Championship has been completed.

Round 3 will be played on the 10th September 2024 @ 9AM.

The Men’s Veterans Fraternity Representatives for the 9th September at Gaythorne have been posted.

01/09/24 – Prostate Cancer Awareness Charity Bowls Day.
SLBC are hosting this event on Sunday the 8th September.
This event is self select fours and the cost of $15 per person includes breakfast at 7:45AM.

24/08/24 – Ladies Pennant winners.
Congratulations to our ladies Div 3 and Div 6 pennant teams for taking out the flag for the 2024 pennant season. Well done ladies.

Div 3 defeated Bribie Island 47-28.
Div 6 defeated Narangba 41-36
15/08/24 – Brett Sellars and Logan Hughes.
Congratulations to our Solander bowlers Brett Sellars and Logan Hughes off to the National Championships in October. Brett has been selected to represent QLD in the Para Men’s Team and Logan will be playing in the U18 QLD/ NSW team. Well done !

This special event, to be held on Saturday 21st September, is sponsored by Jaydene & Anthony Hughes and is always a great day with $2,200 in prizes.Â

10/07/24 – Men’s Triples Championship Update.
The Men’s Triples Championship competition will now be run in November over two weekends, playing Saturday and Sunday and possibly morning and afternoons depending upon the number of teams entered.
The teams that were previously entered will be void.
A new nomination sheet will be posted on the notice board at the end of the Pennants competition.
